Earl Weiss is a 9th dan black belt in the ITF style of Taekwon-Do. He was one of the last people to test for master's rank under Choi Hong Hi. Weiss is a prolific author on the topic of Taekwon-Do and is a frequent contributor to publications such as Totally TaeKwonDo magazine.
