  1. Bring both hands up to an Open Hand X-block with the left hand in front, saying “One sir.” The top “V” that forms from the X-block should be at chin level.
  2. Fold position for a left chop block, saying “Two sir.” Your feet are still together. For the arm fold, you look left, keep your left hand at the bottom of your throat, and your right hand makes a fist and touches the left side of your waist, on your belt. Pretend you’re pressing a cone in your hand into your belt.
  3. Left step with a left chop block, saying “Three sir.” Your feet should assume the JOONBE position, making a 90-degree angle at the heels. Keep your wrist straight, in line with your forearm. There should be a slight bend at your elbow. Your right hand should come back to guard position on your chest.
  4. Right back punch saying “Four sir.” Don’t forget that tight twist of the hip!
  5. Feet together and in the right fold position, saying “Five sir.” See step 2 for fold position instructions, but reverse them.
  6. Right step with a right chop block, saying “Six sir.” Your feet should assume the JOONBE position, making a 90-degree angle at the heels. Keep your wrist straight, in line with your forearm. There should be a slight bend at your elbow. Your left hand should come back to guard position.
  7. Left back punch saying “Seven sir.” Again, focus on your twist.
  8. Feet together with an Open Hand X-block, saying “Eight sir.”
  9. CHARIO position hands at your side, eyes straight ahead, saying “Nine sir.”
  10. Bow (Kyung Ye position), with eyes straight ahead, saying “Ten sir.”
