Swallowform Palm Strike (from Poomsae Designer)
The Swallowform Palm Strike (or jebipoom teok chigi 제비품 턱 치기) is a combination of a Knifehand High Block performed simultaneously with a Palmheel Jaw Strike. The striking arm should be fully extended, with the upper body and hips twisting into the strike. The Swallowform Palm Strike appears, for example, in the form Palgwae Yook Jang.
